This punching bag is satisfying in that it will keep you moving around it so it goes back in place and you have to work it out on all sides.  It is just with a solid punch that the base might move and slide a few inches.  It’s the filling hole that ticks the difference in other bags which is located differently.  You should fill up the base enough for it not to move about.  Overall, this bag is highly recommended and very flexible for those on the go and provides nice resistance.
