This punching bag is satisfying in that it will keep you moving around it so it goes back in place and you have to work it out on all sides. It is just with a solid punch that the base might move and slide a few inches. It’s the filling hole that ticks the difference in other bags which is located differently. You should fill up the base enough for it not to move about. Overall, this bag is highly recommended and very flexible for those on the go and provides nice resistance.

Impressive. It’s a pretty great buy as it does not break easily even if the user is lightweight. A precaution though is to not put to its maximum height. It might break as support is weaker when high. The bag moves a bit but still okay so you’d be able to circle the bag and walk around it and put it back in place when you rotate and punch on it. You might adjust a bit on using it if you’re accustomed to a regular hanging bag, but as they say way better than nothing.

Even with its traditional design, the “original” Wavemaster free-standing training bag still makes it to the chart of the top models available. It is very stable even with the hardest punches and stays put when filled without being pushed around. It has a long center pole that serves as a target area approximately 5-1/2 feet in height. Be careful with the unpadded plastic base because it can be damaged with too much force as this is a no-kick area. The bag when filled can be rolled away or pushed but a bit of a challenge. All non-linear strikes are okay, but upward linear strikes may ruin the padding where glue holds it in place. But overall, this is still a bargain for a great buy and is highly recommended (costs between $100 and $135)

The best bag ever. Put 4 bags of 50 lbs of sand and it stays put even with lots of punches. It can be scooted in a corner to brace with the wall and a towel to bring down the noise it creates, but a 360-degree workout will not be possible. A great bargain price for recreational use, perfect for working out.

This item can withstand time lasting five years and still durable. It can be used half to a full hour daily about 4-5 times in frequency a week. Wearing gloves or simply bare knuckles, boxing workouts as well as a great deal of knees, kicks and elbows are best enjoyed with it not having any sign of wear and tear. It has a solid plastic ring with a padding of about 4” thickness that can be height adjustable.
